1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order without any charge, provided it hasn’t moved too far along in our system.
- The 2-Hour Window: You have a 2-hour window from the moment you place the order to request a full cancellation.
- How to Cancel: Please contact our support team immediately at support@steptosportuk.com with your order number.
If the order has already entered the processing stage (typically after the 2-hour window), unfortunately, the order can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and then return it in accordance with our Returns Policy.
2. Modification Requests
If you need to make changes to your order (such as size, style, or color), please note that these modifications can only be accommodated before the order enters the processing stage.
- Significant Changes: If significant modifications are required, we recommend contacting us to cancel your existing order (within the 2-hour window) so you can place a new order with the correct details. This ensures accuracy.
- Minor Adjustments: To request a change, please send an email to support@steptosportuk.com with your order number in the subject line and a detailed description of the desired changes in the email body. We will review the status of your order and confirm if the adjustment is possible.
3. Address Changes
We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email immediately with:
- Your Order Number.
- The current shipping address.
- The new address you would like to change it to.
Policy: We can generally update the shipping address as long as your order has not yet left our facility. However, once the shipping label has been created or the package has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to reroute the package.
Important: Please double-check your address at checkout. Steptosport UK is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
