Here at Steptosport UK, we put making sure you’re chuffed to bits with your purchase right at the top of our list. If, for any reason at all, you’re not completely satisfied with what you’ve bought, don’t you worry, we’re here to sort things out. Have a look at our returns and refunds policy just below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return for eligible items within 60 days from the date of delivery.
Returns requested beyond this period will unfortunately not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Products showing signs of intentional damage or misuse
- Items with minor, easily correctable flaws (e.g. loose threads)
- Items that have been modified or are no longer in their original condition (unless the issue is our fault)
Return Costs
- Company Error (e.g. faulty or incorrect items):
- We will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or exchange.
- Customer Preference (e.g. change of mind):
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and the original delivery charge (if applicable) will not be refunded. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.
Note: We do not currently charge a restocking fee.
How to Return an Item
1.Contact Customer Support
Email us at support@steptosportuk.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the item and any defects (if applicable)
2.Obtain Return Authorisation
Our team will assess your request. If approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email and instructions for returning the item.
Please do not return items without prior authorisation. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.
All returned items must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and free from signs of wear or use.
Refund Policy
When Are Refunds Issued?
We offer full refunds in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item, a defective product, or something that arrived damaged
- The item received is a different size or variation than what was ordered
- Your parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived. After verification, if the package is deemed lost in transit, we will issue a full refund
- You’ve changed your mind and wish to return the item within the 30-day window
- (Return shipping costs will apply in this case)
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email
- Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your refund
Refund Timing
After we process your refund, it may take your bank or credit card provider up to 15 working days to complete the transaction.
If you have not received your funds after this period, we recommend contacting your financial institution before reaching out to us.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items. If you’d like to exchange your item for another size, colour, or style, please:
- Contact our support team with your order number and the desired replacement
- We’ll guide you through the exchange process and confirm availability
Please note: Exchanges are only possible prior to order dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it will be necessary to initiate a return request instead.
