Order Processing & Confirmation

After placing your order, it will be placed in a processing queue. Our team will review your order and forward the relevant details to our fulfilment unit to begin preparation. Once confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. Please allow up to 12 hours for your order to be confirmed and for the tracking information to activate.

Delivery Location

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 10:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

As our products are shipped from our international facility, please allow sufficient time for transit. The total time to receive your order consists of two stages:

  • Handling Time: 2-3 business days (Order preparation, quality check, packing, and handover to the logistics partner)
  • Transit Time: 10–12 business days (International transit and final delivery to your specified address)

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 12–15 business days

Note: Business days are Monday to Friday. We do not process or deliver orders on weekends.

Holiday & Peak Periods

Please note that during UK bank holidays, international public holidays, and peak promotional seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), delivery networks are busier than usual, which may cause delays of up to 7 additional days.

Delivery Methods (UK Only)

We offer Free Standard Delivery. Your parcel will be shipped internationally and handed over to our trusted local partners, such as Royal Mail or Evri, for the final mile delivery to your doorstep.

If you do not receive your parcel within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@steptosportuk.com. We will promptly offer a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking link.

  • If the tracking link shows no updates immediately, do not worry. It may take 24-48 hours for the carrier to scan the parcel at the first sorting facility.
  • If your order status remains in “Shipping” (in transit) for more than 10 business days without an update, please contact our support team for assistance.

Missed or Incomplete Deliveries

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  1. Please check safe places around your property or ask your neighbours.
  2. Contact the courier (Royal Mail/Evri) directly using the details in your tracking email.
  3. If unresolved, reach out to our support team at support@steptosportuk.com.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Delivery across the UK. Whether you purchase one item or several, the shipping cost is always £0.

Multiple Addresses

We currently ship to one address per order. If you require delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

Shipping to PO Boxes and BFPO

We support delivery to UK-based PO Boxes and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses. Note: Deliveries to military addresses (BFPO) may take up to 40–45 days depending on the operational location. Tracking updates may be limited once the parcel enters the military network.

Customs Duties and Taxes (Delivered Duty Paid)

We want to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers in the United Kingdom, free from surprise fees.

  • All Prices Are Final: The price you see on our website is the total price you pay.
  • Taxes Included: We ship orders using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means Steptosport UK acts as the importer of record and prepays all applicable Import VAT and Customs Duties on your behalf.
  • No Hidden Fees: You will not be asked to pay any additional fees to the courier upon delivery.
  • Transparency Guarantee: In the rare event that a courier mistakenly charges you tax or handling fees, please pay them to release your package and email the receipt to support@steptosportuk.com. We will refund that amount to you within 24 hours.
